The Sony HDW-730S features 3 x 2.2 million-pixel IT CCDs and Advanced Digital Signal Processing (ADSP). This camera is equipped with the HKDW702 down converter board

The HVR-Z1U features three developed Super HAD 1/3" CCDs. These 16:9 native CCDs, combined with a high quality 12X Optical Zoom Carl Zeiss Vario-Sonnar® T* Lens and Sony's 14 bit A/D and DXP Digital Extended Processor, result in precise image acquisition with superb detail and clarity.

The PMW-EX3 compact camcorder with an interchangeable lens system incorporates three ½-inch type Exmor™ Full HD CMOS sensors, each with an effective pixel count of 1920 x 1080, delivering stunning-quality HD images in 1080P, 720P, and 1080i HD resolutions. A rich variety of features for creative shooting are incorporated into this camcorder such as "Slow & Quick Motion", which is also commonly known as "over-cranking" and "under-cranking", selectable gamma curves, slow-shutter, interval recording and Picture Profile™ feature. Additionally, the PMW-EX3 offers a convenient remote-control and multi-camera operation capability, which allows use with high-end camera systems.

The HXR-MC1/ACC is an easy-to-use HD camera system and accessory kit, consisting of a small camera unit, a handheld controlling unit with LCD panel and recording function and a complete accessory kit including a rechargeable battery pack, AC adapter/charger, wide conversion lens, remote commander and case. This all-in-one tiny camera system needs no extra equipment, take it out and just start shooting! Also, the camera unit is splash-proof, allowing easy usage under tough conditions, such as outdoor shooting or water-side shooting. The range of HD shooting will expand using this one-and-only camera. Moreover, the unique style of the HXR-MC1/ACC enables shooting in extraordinary conditions and angles, such as shooting sports scenes from the user’s point of view and onboard shooting in motor sports. The PDW-530, Professional Disc Camcorder, has been designed with special consideration for heavy-duty field acquisition, providing excellent picture quality, operability and reliability inherited from Sony Betacam® family of acquisition products. PDW-530 provides excellent picture quality, adapting 16:9/4:3 switchable Power HAD EX CCDs, the same camera block specification as MSW-900, MPEG IMX camcorder. It features MPEG IMX/DVCAM switchable recording and two built-in optical filter wheels (ND and CC). Uses DVCAM compression recording at 25Mbps up to around 85 min, MPEG IMX compression recording at 30Mbps up to 68 min, 40Mbps up to 55 min and 50Mbps up to 45 min.

900 lines in 16x9 format; One-piece Digital Betacam Camcorder for EFP. The camera uses three Hyper HAD 1000 CCD "FIT" imagers to produce more than 850 TVL resolution while maintaining f8.0 @ 2000 Lux sensitivity. The 10 Bit A/D 36 MHz Digital Signal Processing system utilizes state of the art VLSI technology to maintain a S/N ratio of 62 dB. Standard features include: Clear Scan, Extended Clear Scan, and Enhanced Vertical Definition System.

This compact, multi-function camera-recorder has the high picture quality and high sensitivity demanded by professionals, and offers a range of options that can be added to permit different shooting styles. The AG-DVC30 employs three 1/4-inch, 410,000-pixel CCDs (NTSC)(PAL version has 470,000-pixel CCDS) to provide exceptional picture quality of 480/60i, 4:3 aspect in NTSC (576/50i, 4:3 aspect in PAL), outstanding sensitivity, and mobility needed for demanding professional use. It has a 16x Leica Dicomar lens with Optical Image Stabilizer (OIS), removable handle (standard), IR filming function and an XLR audio input as option.

Capable of incorporating digital or hybrid analog systems, the DSR70 is an all-in-one portable editing recorder with a 6.4 inch LCD monitor, audio speaker, jog/shuttle dial and edit function keys. This versatile VTR not only allows full editing of the DVCAM format, but when docked to a Betacam SX portable VTR, the combination becomes a scalable laptop editing solution that performs full-featured VTR-to-VTR edits with DV, DVCAM, Betacam SX and Betacam SP format tapes. This feature makes it ideal for ENG applications where video is acquired from multiple sources.The DSR70 has an SDI digital interface, allowing a direct connection with Betacam SX VTRs and an RS-422 remote interface used for professional editing.

The PDW-R1 is a highly mobile field recorder. Its compact design is very similar to the existing PDW-V1 model, but the PDW-R1 recorder additionally provides other functionalities such as MPEG IMX/DVCAM recording, and a wider range of interfaces. Its extremely compact, lightweight body with AC, DC or battery powered operation makes the PDW-R1 ideal for use in the field as a pool-feed recorder, backup recorder, and compact recorder installed in an extremely confined space such as a car or helicopter. Furthermore, equipped with an RS-422A interface as well as other video and audio interfaces, this recorder can be used in both linear and nonlinear editing systems.
